From the summit of Mount Tsukuba, a sacred mountain in the Kanto region and one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan,

From here you can see the night view of Tsukuba and Tsuchiura Tsukuba-shi of the mountain, as well as the Kanto Plain in the distance.

You can also see the night view of central Tokyo, as well as the lights of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree.
