Mioka Dream Square "Learning Chair"

A giant chair, approximately 4 meters high, suddenly appears on a hill behind Tokushukan, a tangible cultural property designated by Yamaguchi.

It was conceived as part of a local project to redevelop a plaza that was formerly a high school ground, and is now a popular spot for taking great photos on social media!

It is a relaxing spot where you can get a panoramic view of the rice paddy fields from the top of the hill.

Mioka Yume Hiroba is located approximately 2 minutes (1.2 km) from Kumage IC on the Sanyo Expressway.

When you get off at the interchange and head towards Mioka Hot springs on Prefectural Route 8,

There is a sign for "Tokushukan Entrance" on your left and you will arrive at "Mitsuo Tokushu Park."

Yume Hiroba is located on the hill behind the park.

There is a well-maintained parking lot in the park where you can park your car.

There are signs to Mioka Yume Hiroba at various points.

You will be walking along mountain paths for a bit, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
