Apology for shipping restrictions and suspension of "Kasado Hirame" due to death from exhaustion

Thank you for your continued patronage Setouchi Hikari Hikari.

A large number of Kasado flounder, a specialty of Yamaguchi, have died from exhaustion due to the effects of the harsher than usual summer heat.

Currently, we are unable to ship as usual, and have been forced to limit and suspend shipments.

We will do our best to accommodate reservations through November.

​We kindly ask for your understanding that we will not be able to serve Kasado Hirame for reservations made after December.

For plans that include a flounder viewing experience, we will only be accepting existing reservations made up until November.

(Due to a malfunction of the aquarium, feeding experience is currently not available.)

We will resume sales once we have a plan in place to reopen.
