Dinner will be "Feast of Satoyama Cuisine"
Your favorite ingredients grilled on the robata grill.
Enjoy as much as you like of the buffet-style rice cakes, grilled over the traditional charcoal hearth of Yunishigawa Hot springs, skewered yamame trout, dengaku, vegetables, and meatballs, as well as skewers of local chicken grilled in a secret sauce. There is also a game dish, venison hotpot, unique to Yunishigawa. We also recommend the freshly made rice balls, made with locally grown rice and topped with salmon roe, minced chicken, and tortoiseshell eggs. Be sure to try the Satoyama Vegetable Salad, which allows you to dynamically savor the flavors of the ingredients.
