①Makino Botanical Garden

Kochi Botanical Garden is home to approximately 3,000 species of wild plants, including those beloved by Dr. Tomitaro Makino,known as the "father of Japanese plant classification" and the model for a morning drama.

Kochi Castle

Kochi Castle is renowned as "the most famous castle on the Nankaido" due to its graceful appearance, having survived countless crises including fires and castle abolition orders.

The ginkgo trees that turn the surrounding area yellow are a must-see!

3. Shiraidani Valley

A valley at the source of the Yoshino River.

This unexplored area of Shikoku, midway up the Ishizuchi Mountains, is home to crystal clear water.
There is a walking trail along the stream, so even women and small children can enjoy hiking at a leisurely pace.
