Currently, the hotel offers a Kagawa of the Pride Fish "Olive Hamachi" for dinner and breakfast buffet.

Olive yellowtail are raised with olive leaf powder mixed into their feed. The antioxidant polyphenols contained in olive leaves have a beneficial effect.

It is resistant to oxidation and discoloration, and is characterized by its refreshing taste and moderate chewiness.

Olive Hamachi fish collar, which was enjoyed as sashimi at dinner, is now served grilled in yuzuan sauce at the breakfast buffet.
