| This place, called 'Honedera Village,' is located in the main temple district of Genbi Town, Ichinoseki, and was once the estate of the sutra repository steward of Chuson-ji. The Kamakura period historical record 'Azuma Kagami' also shows the village's boundaries, and the scenery that preserves medieval nature is designated as a National Historic Site. |

| With fewer people available than during rice planting, and the rice plants having fallen over, it was a real struggle! I just kept cutting and bundling until I got the hang of it. | Unfortunately, this year both the rice planting and harvesting were done solely by the hotel staff, but we would love to offer a farming experience together with our guests next year! We hope you will enjoy the fresh air, the peaceful scenery that soothes the soul, and the sense of accomplishment after the work is done. |
| We will announce the details of the 2027 rice farming experience on our website once they are decided, so please look forward to it! |
