This year's event will be the first large-scale event to be held at Proceed Arena HIKONE (Hikone-shi Sports and Cultural Exchange Center), which was completed last year.

October 21st (Saturday) 109 characters and 99 groups participated

October 22nd (Sunday) 102 characters and 93 groups participated
