Pottery experience

Pottery experience at the revived Koto-yaki Isshiro Kiln

Koto ware was a kiln that produced many masterpieces as the official kiln of Hikone domain at the end of the Edo period. You can enjoy a pottery experience while listening to the history and revival of Koto ware from the potter of the restored workshop.

Departure time	Departure times can be adjusted to suit your schedule, but for morning experiences, departure times will start at sunrise. Guided tours are generally eight hours a day. If the weather is deemed unsafe to depart, the trip will be cancelled.
