Lake Biwa blue Shigaraki ware pottery is inspired by the "blue" of Lake Biwa that brings out the colors of the ingredients. It features a simple and beautiful design. By applying two glazes and firing, these are all original works unique to this pottery, which cannot be imitated by anyone. Please use it as a vessel to create wonderful memories that will last forever.

We also have sweets such as ``Biwako Blue Herbal Tea'' and ``Biwako Blue Langue de Chat.''

This is a famous confectionery from Hikone that is associated with Ii Naosuke. The white bean paste made from hand beans cooked in our shop is wrapped in gyuhi and sprinkled with matcha and matcha added to the highest grade sugar "Wasanbon sugar." The reason for its popularity is the rich sweetness that melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth, as well as the soft and faint scent of matcha.

Because we use carefully selected ingredients, we can bring out the sweetness with an elegant presence. It goes well with matcha, as well as coffee and black tea.

Extremely fresh, wild small sweetfish from Lake Biwa are simmered little by little in small pots over an open fire for several hours by skilled craftsmen. The finish is fluffy and soft, with a mellow taste.
