Regarding wearing masks inside hotels after March 13, 2023

Thank you for using our facilities operated by MYSYAYS HOTEL GROUP.

From 2020 onwards, MYSYAYS HOTEL GROUP will ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask when using the hotel in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

I have done so.

Based on the latest government policy, from March​ ​13, 2023 onwards, wearing a mask inside the hotel will be left to the "guest's own discretion." Customer

We ask that you please respect the independent judgment of each individual.

The wearing of masks by hotel staff will be ``optional'' for the time being, respecting individual judgment.

After three years of working while wearing masks, those of us involved in customer service are glad to finally have an environment where we can welcome customers with a smile, which is the basis of the service industry.

It's a very gratifying thing. However, this decision was made in light of the fact that there are currently a variety of ways of thinking about putting on and taking off masks.
