We have started selling branded squid “Ipponyari” landed in Fukuoka!

The ``live squid'' you can enjoy while looking out at the spectacular view at our hotel's proud observation restaurant is exquisite.

Please enjoy the fresh ikizukuri with a sweet and crunchy texture.

The geso is made later and served as tempura or grilled with salt.
