[Kyushu Recovery Support Discount Fukuoka Campaign] Online reservations now being accepted (reopening November 4th, 2:20 PM)

Due to a large number of reservations, we had temporarily suspended accepting new reservations using the recovery support discount, but we have now resumed accepting reservations.

We also accept new reservations through our official website, so if you wish to make a reservation, please do so through this site.

When making a reservation, please write "Requesting Recovery Support Discount" in the comments section.

Please note that reservations made without prior notification will not be eligible for the recovery discount.

*Please note that we do not accept telephone reservations for the recovery discount.

Also, the discount is not finalized at the time of booking completion; it will be confirmed after the hotel applies for the subsidy.

Depending on when you make your reservation, the budget limit may be reached, and you may not be eligible for the recovery support discount.

This offer applies to new reservations made from 12:00​ ​PM on Thursday, September​ ​24, 2026. (Existing reservations are not included.)

• Stay period: October​ ​1st (Thu) -December​ ​15th (Tue)
• Subsidy amount: Up to 20,000 yen per person per travel booking (50 % discount on the amount spent)

Business use (including cases where the receipt is in the company name) and cancelled reservations are excluded.

- At check-in, all guests must sign the subsidy application form, and the representative must also sign it.

- Hot spring tax and accommodation tax are not covered by the subsidy.

The recovery support discount is only applicable to on-site payments. Reservations with advance payment are not eligible for the recovery support discount.
