Oshino Hakkai

Eight mystical spring-fed ponds, where groundwater from Mount Fuji has emerged over many years.

The crystal-clear water surface, which maintains a constant temperature of around 10-12°C, provides a refreshing coolness that soothes the soul just by gazing at it.

I highly recommend trying the soba noodles made with the famous spring water, or taking a stroll during the cool morning hours.
