Enjoy a hot, freshly made pizza made with pizza paste made from tomatoes grown in Kumamoto and topped with cheese and basil.
Enjoy dishes such as herb-grilled sardines from Amakusa, tomato pasta with octopus and black olives, and young sweetfish tempura.
A Caprese made with fresh, flavorful tomatoes, a specialty of Kumamoto. Lightly drizzle with basil sauce and enjoy the refreshing taste that spreads in your mouth.
