[Important] Regarding the suspension of use of the large open-air bath (from May 12, 2025)

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our hotel.

Due to a facility malfunction that occurred on May 12th, the open-air bath in the large Hot springs bath has been unavailable since the 12th.

We are currently working towards recovery, but the estimated time for recovery is yet to be determined.

We will inform you as soon as the situation becomes clear.
