The products in the hotel's shop were featured in the local newspaper, Akita Sakigake Shimpo!

The manager of our hotel noticedsome dialect souvenirs at a roadside station in Miyako City, Iwate, where he used to live.

Taking inspiration from this, I asked local illustrator Miyuki Tanaka, who lives in Kazuno-shi, to draw a comical illustration of the Kazuno dialect.

We had them create badges that expressed the illustrations. The manager was very happy with the finished product!!!

At first glance, these badges are so cute and familiar that they make you chuckle.

One guest even bought 10 of them at once. They are now on sale at the hotel shop.
