[Activity Report] Introducing the Soba Noodle Making Experience Class

Thank you for your continued patronage of KAMENOI HOTEL Ome.
We have been holding soba noodle making classes every Saturday since the middle of last month, and on the 29th of last month, we had our first class where customers participated!
For dinner, we served soba noodles with grated yam, which is served as part of our kaiseki meals, together with soba noodles that the guests had made themselves, allowing them to compare the taste.
One experience will make about six servings of soba, so any soba that you don't eat at dinner will be available to take home raw.
The soba noodles that they made themselves were simply served with wasabi and spring onions so that the flavor could be fully appreciated.
Both of them were very happy when we served the soba, and it was a very rewarding event for us!
Reservations are accepted until 3:00 p.m. every Thursday, so please consider making one.

*There are two soba noodle making tables available, so when you call to make a reservation, please let us know whether your group will be experiencing the activity as one group (sharing one station in shifts),
or as two or more participants using both stations. This will help us ensure a smooth experience.
Please bring an apron as buckwheat flour will fly around during work.
