Ozawa Sake Brewery “Sawanoi”
Founded in the 15th year of Genroku. Ozawa Sake Brewery boasts a history of over 300 years.
We offer a variety of local sake ``Sawanoi,'' which is produced using medium-hard water gushing out of a cave on the premises and soft water taken from a well.
