Enjoy a wide variety of dishes in a buffet style to your heart’s content, including piping-hot maitake mushroom tempura fried right in front of you by the chef, Gunma specialties such as Joshu beef sukiyaki, motsu nikomi (stewed offal), and Himokawa udon, as well as dishes that make the most of Gunma’s local ingredients. You can also create your own “Yama Umi Katte-don” by topping it with your choice of mountain and seafood delicacies. In addition, 4 times a year we offer seasonal dishes that highlight the freshest ingredients of each season.

Colorful Paella with Duck and Chestnuts
The roasted duck and the sweet flavor of slowly roasted chestnuts combine with the golden paella to create a luxurious taste of autumn.

The savory flavor of the salmon is enhanced by fragrant herbs and a refreshing dressing. Enjoy it with a touch of olive and mustard.

Tomato stew pasta
This pasta dish features the rich umami of octopus simmered slowly, combined with the delightful texture of mushrooms, all blended into a flavorful tomato sauce that perfectly balances the acidity.

Lemon sauce
The peach shark, with its delicate and refined flavor, is prepared as a meunière, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The citron sauce further enhances its flavor, making it incredibly appetizing.

We created it with the image of the 'Yubatake' symbol, created by staff who love their hometown in Kusatsu Hot springs. Based on grapefruit, this original cocktail expresses Yubatake with "Blue Curaçao" and "Bombay Sapphire," exclusive to Kusatsu.
We offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks so that many customers can enjoy them, so please enjoy one of these delicious dishes as a memory of your trip.

The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the main building, where you can enjoy a Japanese/Western buffet featuring ingredients carefully selected by the executive chef.
The menu includes tempura deep-fried in front of your eyes, and Gunma's famous sukiyaki (sukiyaki with beef from Jyoshu), and stewed beef balls.
