Notice of emergency maintenance to fix GoTo Pass member stage display issue

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of KAMENOI HOTEL.

The loyalty program "GoTo Pass" is used by members on a daily basis.

Due to emergency maintenance, there will be a period during which you will be temporarily unable to log in to your GoTo Pass during the following period.

The details of the maintenance to be carried out this time are as follows:

1. We will adjust your cumulative points to include those used in 2025, and then set your membership level based on those cumulative points.
2. For any stays or usage for which the member stage bonus that should have been applied was insufficient due to the reset display, we will compensate you with the difference in points.
