Aiyu Shuzo is located about 10 minutes by car from our hotel.
In Ibaraki, which boasts one of the largest number of sake breweries in Japan, we have been making ``Aiyu'', a sake made with special water and rice, for over 200 years.
``Kami no Ike'' is offered as a sacred sake at Kashima Shrine (Kashima City).
We have a variety of Aiyu Sake Brewery's sake available in our hotel restaurants and shops.
This time, we are selling a special plan limited to KAMENOI HOTEL ITAKO that includes benefits such as a tour of Aiyu Sake Brewery's sake brewery.
We will be offering a collaboration menu in our restaurant's summer menu.

You can hear directly from the brewers at Aiyu Sake Brewery, one of Ibaraki 's leading sake breweries, about their commitment to the water and rice they use, as well as the manufacturing process.
② One free bottle of "KURADASHI Daigin" (300ml) per person
A very popular product at Aiyu Sake Brewery. The sake you receive can be brought to the restaurant during dinner at our hotel and enjoyed with your meal.
3) At dinner time, we will offer a special dish of "Steamed clams in sake" made with Kashima clams and Aiyu Sake Brewery sake.
"Sake-steamed clams" are made by steaming clams, a specialty of Kashima, which are in season from April to June, in Aiyu sake.
It is a specialty product that spreads from Oarai in Ibaraki to Inubo in Chiba Prefecture, and the precious domestically produced clams are famous as high-class products, with larger and bolder clams than those produced in other prefectures.
It has a distinctive texture. We recommend adding clam soup to the special dipping sauce, which is made from sake lees from the same Aiyu Sake Brewery and mixed with ponzu sauce.

When developing the menu, we had Rikako Kanehira, the 8th generation president of Aiyu Sake Brewery, sample the menu.
