In order to let you enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients, the seasoning is a soy sauce flavor based on a natural dashi stock of "bonito flakes, kelp, and mirin." The fried rice crackers are finished by sprinkling powdered mushrooms on the rice crackers that have a fragrant "scorched" texture like grilled rice balls.

The mushrooms used are Hachimantai mushrooms, which were selected as the Excellence Award winner at the "Cooking Kingdom Top 100 2024".
