Suisenkyo Hot springs
This famous hot spring gushes forth at the foot of Sensuikyo Gorge, which is said to be so beautiful that even immortals would become intoxicated by it.
It contains 142 mg/L of the skin-beautifying ingredient "silica (metasilicic acid)," which is far higher than the standard value.
The light brownish-yellow bathwater, which soothes both mind and body, warms you to the core and retains heat well.

The open-air bath overlooking the great outdoors of Aso has been renovated. You can enjoy two spaces with different atmospheres—'Western' and 'Japanese'—each with a gender-alternate system, changing daily between them.
Large public bath
Hot springs, which gently warms you to the core, comes from our own hot spring source, Sensuikyo Hot springs.
The quality of this spring water is said to give the skin firmness and moisture, and is expected to have a skin-beautifying effect, making it ideal for improving sensitivity to cold and dry skin.

New relaxing spaces have been created in both the Japanese and Western-style large public baths.
We have added a full-fledged dry sauna in the Japanese-style bathhouse for a thorough warming of the body, and a mist sauna in the Western-style bathhouse for a soothing steam experience.
Dry sauna
Promotes blood circulation throughout the body, releasing fatigue and stress through sweat. Balance your mind and body amid heat and silence. It pairs perfectly with the open-air bath overlooking the great nature of Aso, allowing you to refresh your body from the inside.

The gentle steam moisturizes and soothes the skin. It promotes blood circulation, relieves fatigue, and supports skin elasticity. Regulate your breathing in the tranquility and enjoy a moment of deep relaxation for both mind and body.
Relaxation space
After saunas and Hot springs, relax in a quiet space. Surrounded by the pleasant breeze and Aso nature, adjusting your breathing will reset your mind and body. Forget the everyday and enjoy a luxurious moment of relaxation from the inside out.
Cold bath (Aso underground water)
Aso underground water springs from underground on the premises. A cold bath that quickly cools the body after a hot bath and tightens blood vessels. Experience a sensation of 'totono' from the core of your body through alternating baths with sauna and Hot springs.
Sensui Gorge Hot springs Mud Pack
A mud pack made from natural Hot springs. It removes old keratin and impurities, giving your skin moisture and firmness. The abundant minerals promote blood circulation, resulting in a moist, smooth texture. Hot springs Synergy, a luxurious skin experience that refreshes you from the inside out.
Our staff developed our original mud pack through trial and error. We are particular about the source of Aso and knead it to create an astonishingly smooth texture.
