Aso Lantern Festival
The "Lantern Festival" is lit with thoughts on reconstruction from the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred in April 2016
The gate town of the Aso Shrine, which will be the venue, is dotted with spring-fed drinking fountains called "mizuki," and the pure water nurtured by the volcano continues to spring quietly.
The appearance of a historic shrine, the gentle lights with the wish for reconstruction, and the blessings of water brought by Aso nature. In the gate town where they overlap, please experience the culture and scenery unique to Aso.

Sensuikyo Gorge, Miyama Kirishima (Rhododendron kiusianum)
An emotional experience after breakfast. Go to the "Senshukyo Miyama Kirishima" that vividly dyes the mountain surface.
We will guide you to the Aso 's spectacular scenic spot "Sensuikyo", which is famous for being "so beautiful that a hermit gets drunk".
The overwhelming scenery only at this time of year is when about 50,000 Miyama Kirishima trees dye the mountain surface a bright pink.
With free hotel transfers, you can enjoy a refreshing morning walk ♪ without worrying about crowds.
