Ariake seaweed and cherry sea bream hotpot
This is a seaweed hotpot made with seasonal cherry sea bream and Yamecha soba noodles from Yame, one of Kyushu's three major tea producing regions, served with the first dashi stock.
Unlike regular seaweed, Ariake-produced loose dried roasted nori is dried and roasted in loose pieces, allowing you to enjoy the refined sea flavor and texture of the Ariake Sea.

Kamenoi Hotel Yanagawa proudly presents "broiled eel", "pickled sea mushrooms with sake lees" and "wakae no miso ni nimono", a specialty of Yanagawa facing the Ariake Sea.
