A seafood barbecue fair will be held from April 21st to July 18th, exclusively this summer!

Jigoku-mushi (steaming in hell) is a cooking method that has been popular since the Edo period and is unique to Onsen Prefecture (Beppu). The flavor of the ingredients is concentrated as they are steamed with steam. The original flavor of the ingredients is brought out to the maximum.
Beppu Hot springs You can enjoy a "jigoku-mushi" buffet, which is reminiscent of the "jigoku-mushi" buffet in Japan. You can also enjoy the chef's live kitchen and a variety of local shochu.
