Kishimen
Kishimen is a soul food of Aichi. Kishimen is a flat udon noodle that is about 1mm thick and 7 to 8mm wide. It is characterized by its ability to absorb the flavor of soup stock more easily than udon. Please enjoy the taste of udon that is unique to Aichi.
Miso oden
"Miso oden" is a local dish of Aichi and is an oden created from the culture of miso. Please enjoy the oden (Kanto-style oden) cooked with soy sauce by dipping it in miso.
