Regarding wearing masks inside hotels after March 13, 2023

Thank you for using our facilities operated by MYSYAYS HOTEL GROUP.

Since 2020, MYSYAYS HOTEL GROUP will require masks to be worn when using the hotel in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

We ask for your cooperation.

Based on the government's policy, from March 13, 2023 onwards, wearing a mask inside the hotel will be left to the "customer's own discretion".

I'll enjoy having this.

We ask that you please respect each other's independent decisions.

The wearing of masks by hotel staff will be ``optional'' for the time being, respecting individual judgment.

After three years of working while wearing a mask, we are finally able to welcome customers with a smile, which is the basis of the service industry.

This is very gratifying for those of us involved in customer service.

However, this decision was made in light of the fact that there are currently a variety of ways of thinking about putting on and taking off masks.
