We serve a Japanese breakfast using Bizen-style tableware, designed to evoke the rustic feel and warmth of earth, which are characteristic of Bizen ware.
We use local ingredients, seafood from the Seto Inland Sea (sea bass and Sakoshi oysters), and Ibonoito from Tatsuno City Hyogo to create a breakfast unique to KAMENOI HOTEL Ako.
