Plum Crunch is made by crushing softly baked European-style rice crackers into small pieces, kneading them with smooth-tasting white cream, and then adding freeze-dried plum meat from Kishu to cool and harden them.
The mildly sweet white chocolate cream pairs perfectly with the fragrant European-style rice crackers, and the sweet and sour plum meat is the accent.
