The 2024 Momiji Festival is now underway!

The 38th Atami Umezono Momiji Festival 2024 will be held at Atami Umezono from Saturday, November 16th to Sunday, December 8th, 2024!

Atami 's maples are said to be the latest in Japan, and from late November to early December the trees change color, creating a picturesque landscape.

At Atami Plum Garden, the approximately 380 maple trees in the garden turn red and yellow, creating a spectacular autumn scene that can only be seen at this time of year.

In particular, there is a mountain stream in the plum garden, and the beauty of the maple leaves from the bridge over the river is a moment that will make you want to point your camera at it!

During the current Momiji Festival, there are plenty of events to enjoy, including a photo contest, jazz performances, and the annual foot bath!

Furthermore, the maple leaves are lit up at night (every day from 16:30 to 21:00), creating a romantic atmosphere that is different from the daytime.
